I brewed my 2nd batch on the 22nd of Jan. It is a Honey Blonde Ale.
OG= 1.054 & now 10 days later 1.012.

Should i bottle it this weekend? It looks pretty clear so i was thinking it was done.

I need some opinions from some more experienced brewers.

Its gravity may be done but it is recommended to conditon at least 3 weeks before botteling. Its up to you ive learned from botteling this early the hard way.

After the bulk of the fermentation is over, the yeast will go back and clean up some of the other stuff like diacetyl and DMS. Leave it in primary to condition for 3 weeks, so the yeast can do its thing.
