If y'all can't get it after this, I don't know how to help you without just flat out telling you the answer:

It's not an English malt, but similar to it (biscuity is a big one)
It's not US 2 row pale malt, but can easily be confused with it.
It's often marketed as a lower-cost domestic substitute for English malts.
I know at least Briess, Great Western and Rahr make it, and probably others.
