I usually use Weyermann Pilsener malt (1.7 Lovibond) for pilseners . But this Rahr 2-row (not their pale malt) I have is 1.8 Lovibond.
I wonder how a bopils would turn out with this 2-row?
I just chewed a bit of each, and I don't really taste a difference.
