Hey all,
I've got 2 beers I transferred into secondary about 2 weeks ago. Both were partial mash kits, I'm using a couple Corneys for my secondary, and after I got them transferred I purged with CO2. Both were around 1.014 when i transferred them
First one was a canadian style lager, and it almost looks like mild is growing on top.
and the second one is a raspberry.
I'm guessing the second one is pellicle, I'm stumped on the first one. Should I just scoop it off, carb it and see how it tastes?
