I have been kegging since I started nrewing about 3 years ago....I just came across a bunch of flip top bottles and decided to bottle a few batches.....My brew timeline is usually:

Primary for 3-4 weeks

Cold crash for 4-7 days

Transfer to keg and carb for a week

Drink anytime after that....

To bottle, do I just follow this routine but bottle after cold crashing, or do i need to secondary and skip the cold crash.....

No NEED for the secondary, but I do always use one. Just remember, when bottling, transfer it over to your bottling bucket with the priming sugar solution already added. It seems that the priming sugar is forgotten about a lot and it's obviously important that it is added. Besides that, the timetable looks great. 3-4 weeks in primary, 1-2 weeks in secondary, bottle... Wait another 3-4 weeks for carbing to take place.
