15.5 keg

whats the going rate for a good stainless 15.5 keg? I found one for sale but not sure what to offer.

30 bucks would be a decent price. Buying a keg is a very touchy subject around here though.

thanks. I figured as much about the ownership of the keg. I can't say how it was obtained and I understand everyone concerns.
