Your local craigslist is a good place to start: post a wanted ad. Scrap dealers and distributers are worth calling. Buy a full keg and drink it?

Bear in mind kegs are the legal property of the brewery and there are certain ethical issues that need be understood or ignored in acquiring a keg!
