13 gallon electric HLT with herms coil

Electric HLT with Blichmann boilcoil and herms coil. Has quality bulkheads from brewershardware.com. Boilcoil is 15 gallon 240v version. Requires 30 amp 240v service and controller (not included, but willing to sell one I have if interested). Have only ever used with water (except inside the coil!). Recently switched to rims, so no longer need a pot with a coil. Asking $325.
