10 Gal hop bill

I went from a 5 gal batch of IPA to a 10 gal at the last minute. If my grain bill was about 13.5 lbs for 5 and its 28 for the 10 should I just x2 my hops?, or do I need to add more than double or less? Using Columbus and Simcoe by the way(14.6,14.4 AA)if it matters?
