10 gal home depot mash tun with 3/8 part

I went and bought all 3/8 parts for my mash tun which I found parts list online doesn't seem to fit right to the mash tun can anyone help me out please??

Can you give us more information?

1.) What cooler do you have?
2.) What parts list did you purchase?
3.) Which tutorial were you following?
4.) How exactly are your parts not fitting?

My recommendation is to following a simple batch sparge setup like this:

10 gallon beverage Home Depot cooler, 3/8 brass ball valve
1 1/2 brass nipple
2 3/8 barbs
Stainless steel 5/8 washers
5/8 O ring
It fit together but doesn't tighten up like the nipple is too big, I'm gonna try building out with more washers I guess

Yes, just use a washer stackup, the ones on the outside don't need to be stainless which gives you a little better choice in sizes.
