1.5bbl HERMS/RIMS system for Sale all inclusive. Everything necessary to produce Beer from Brewing to Kegging is included. After 3 years and many batches on this system, I've lost my brewing space so my loss is your gain.

The system is plumbed for propane, but can be converted to NG by changing out the burners, is HERMS based, semi-automated (all valves are still manual), and consitently gets between 90-95% efficiency.
Included is:
Stand - 3bay static Stand (no wheels), 3 Propane Jet burners Rated 320k (BK) and 2x 230k (MT & HLT) with pilot lights. Includes N/C solenoids for automation and 20ft of gas lead (100# propane tanks minimum recommended)
BK - 58g volume. Includes recirc arm, Hop spider, Trub Filter, Lid, valves, all associated fittings.
MT - 58g volume, bottom drain design intended for constant recirc. Includes false bottom, recirc fitting, sparge arm, Lid, valves, all associated fitings.
HLT - 40g Heavy Duty (6mm) Aluminum - Heats quickly. 50' 1/2" OD stainless HERMS coil mounted to Lid for ease of cleaning/access, recirc arm, valves, all associated fittings. All parts that come into contact with wort are 304 ss. Will keep mash +/- 1 degree of desired temp.
2bbl Jacketed Conical - Not pressure rated, but will hold enough pressure to push beer out for kegging, comes with all associated fittings.
Glycol pump/Chiller - 2g resevoir. Will drop conical to 35 degrees.
BCS 460 driven control Panel and cart - Allows for manual, or atuomated controll of burners and pumps, 5x relay switched outlets (3x Burners, 2x pumps) with Emergency Stop function, 5 non-switched outlets for computer/accessories. Standard Household 120v 60hz electronics. Draws less than 7amps with everything on. Connectors for temp probes, and Network cable. All probes have 20' leads. Step mashes are easy and quick. Will keep HLT/Mash within 1 degree +/-. Laptop/computer front end to manage/monitor BCS not included.
Pump/Chiller Cart - Quickly assembled wooden cart comes with SS Counterflow Chiller, and two pumps: 1x March AC-3 for HLT recirc/sparge/backup, and 1x March AC-5 for HERMS/Beer transfer.
True Cooler for kegs/lagering - can hold 6x 10g Cornys, or 10x 5g Cornys/Sanke Sixtels for laggering, storage, and force carbing.
Kegs - 2x 10g and 4x 5g Corny kegs included.
Still/Water Extractor - converted Sanke keg with 2" reflux column. Comes with recirc fittings for connecting to the HERMS/HLT for cooling and reduced water waste.
All Fitings and Hoses - All Clamps, Adapters, Fittings, gaskets, Hoses (all hoses are Silicon), spares, etc for system. Fittings are either Tri-clamp or Camlock depending on location in the system, and how often they will be swapped/changed.
