Hello, anyone know where I can source the fitting in the attached image? I want to use it in the exact configuration shown, but I can't find a source. Thanks!

That picture is not NPT, NPT is tapered. That looks like a standard beer shank, which is BSPP thread, and that would be a bent tailpiece with a beer nut such as:
