1.138 O.G. Imperial Stout...no activity after 12 hours?

Pitched two US-05 packets into the fermenter, volume of the batch at pitch is roughly 2 gallons. I figured I'd be seeing some major pressure build up and activity going on, but I got nothing so far. The O.G. WAS 1.154, but I boiled a quart of water and brought it down to 1.138. I was hoping this would take off immediately.

No hiss when I lift the lid (no airlock). Cause for concern or should I just wait it out?

Us-05 is quite a slow starter. Fear not, enough it'll go boom.

There is 0 cause for concern for any beer ever brewed in the history of mankind to not have activity after 12 hours.

Also, depending on your container you may not have an airtight seal and it may be venting CO2.

She's bubbling mildly as of 3pm yesterday. Got a rice krispies noise in the bucket. Gently tickling my homebrewer's nerve.
