    Rice Lager Hop

    Hi! Looking for a good hop for a rice lager that is preferably not sorachi ace. Last time I used hallertau mittlefrau. It was good. Looking for another one. I put in 1.5 ounce at 60 then 1 to 1.5 at 5mins normally. Want crisp, clean rice lager expression. What’s the best hop for the occasion?

    IPA trouble getting dry hops to settle, even with gelatin and cold crash

    Hey guys, I brewed an IPA and I´m currently on day 19 of fermentation. Its been cold crashed and gelatin for 4 days at 0-2 C*. My procedure for the gelatin was adding 1g of gelatin for every gallon of beer and 2oz of water for every gram of gelatin: came out to 10gr of gelatin in 20oz of water...

    I'm doing everything right (right?)...But still can't get rid of yeast off-flavors.

    I've taken all the steps. Tried all the techniques. Bought all the equipment... But I still get a slight (subtle, but noticeable), off-flavor from my yeast in pale/light beers. I've been brewing all-grain for years and have made some great beers (including some medal winners) - but the issue...
