I'm Wally. I took too long of a hiatus from brewing for a move and work, but I'm back. I'm getting the last of my equipment that I needed to replace (I hate it when stuff doesn't survive a move). I recently resubscribed to the HBD, and was dissapointed in what it had become. So much science and so less of...well what I found here.
So here I am. Happy 4th of July, and I hope that you guys enjoy your 777 Brew!
