idk if it is pests or i need fertilizer or both, these are third year hallertau

mine are doing the same thing, i have second year hallertau, the way i wanted to grow them is like on a clothesline but i put wire mesh on top, i thought they would grow all the way across it but they have stopped growing

i have some second year hallertau the first shoots were about six feet tall on sunday i went ahead and cut them all, i guess i will see if it helps this year

i started them in the house in buckets and transplanted in mid april, i will post some pics this afternoon

i planted 2 tettnanger hop rhizomes about a month and a half ago one sprouted about two weeks ago and had nice little leaves growing and everything, soon it stopped growing and looked like bugs were eating on it, so yesterday i sprayed seven spray on it, got in from work today and it looks dead...
