    Hell yeah. Awesome idea. Edit: my grandfather in WWll was a POW guard and had repeatedly busted some of the German prisoners with wine they were making with sugar cubes and various candies. He said he enjoyed drinking it lol.

    I've started collecting wild yeast (I have no good reason) just to see what my area in the mountains can produce. I killed the first yeast I caught but the second and third are growing out well on a Agar dish now. Has anyone tried this?
