It's supposed to e a double chocolate stout but I am adding powder in the boil

So I'm doing a recipe that calls for chocolate extract at bottling time. I couldn't find any extract so my brewshops gave me nibs. Should I soak them in vodka and add the mixture to the bottling bucket?

As anyone done a good brown ale with honey or have a good brown sweet brown ale recipe? I have a few stouts and a nut brown ready for this winter but is also like a sweeter brown and I think a honey brown would be good.

Good points it's safale 05. More earthy maybe because I have. Citrus IPA ready to bottle and also I'd like a bit dryer. Not sure about mouthfeel.
