    Grain mistake...help?

    The grain has not been milled, but the base is in one bag, all mixed together - I cannot separate the extra carapils so I want to make a recipe that won't be odd with the extra mouth feel added by the large amount of carapils.

    I have read that sugars will help encourage higher attenuation and that brown sugar adds complexity so I figured the addition of some brown sugar would give me more flavor and help ensure that FG wasn't too high. So you would recommend some in the mash, boil and secondary? Sounds good to me...
