    Your starter should be fine after only 2 days in room temperature. If for some reason brewdays gets delayed even further stick it in the fridge.     Just a novice homebrewer, have been doing dozen or so extract brews. Slowly moving my way into All-Grain brewing, after I had a AG brewed beer compared with the same from extract brew I was sold. So now I am lurking through all the posts and finding a lot of great ideas for AG set ups. So soon...
