    The Walking dead

I like Dale too..he's a bit dumb sometimes but perceptive and caring for the group. I can't stand Andrea or Lori though and I was so relieved to find she wasn't pregnant with Shane's baby. I read that the old writers are no longer working on the show, so that explains the lack of action. Hope...

    Elder Scrolls Skyrim

Playing on minimum settings is still great, a little more jagged but the graphics are still decent and the gameplay is what makes it fun. I think you'll be fine to play on minimum settings with a decent framerate.

    Letting your cider clear..

I would have a taste and see if its sweet enough for your liking. I am a newbie also, on my first brew and never bought a hydrometer either, so I'm going by taste and clarity. You can rack to another container or put the carboy in the fridge to help it clear up.

    The Walking dead

Haha, didn't really think that through, they -are- too far gone. I don't know. Maybe they were already in the barn and Hershel's group wanted to avoid creating a mess by killing each one and just locked it.

    The Walking dead

My thought was the same..maybe they think a cure will be discovered and they don't agree with killing them just yet.

    The Walking dead

Edit: Spoilers! Last two episodes annoyed me..Lori's 'situation'...and possibly the most badass character IMO was shot :( I want them to find Sofia already!

Do they need to be placed in the fridge afterwards or can they just be left at room temperature to age?

    Review of Labeley.com

Nice site. Sure it's not perfect, not a lot of choices, but its good for someone who doesn't know about design and doesn't have access/time to use Photoshop.

Canadian Sources for inexpensive apple juice for making hard cider?

I bought mine in cans for something like 80c per litre from the Superstore.

Where do you get your supplies for cider from?

You can get store bought apple juice or cider, so long as it has no preservatives. The juice I bought was canned and contained only juice and abscorbic acid.

    Newbie questions.

Alright thanks for the help everyone! I will just keep a close eye on it and I'll go with a hydrometer next time.

    Newbie questions.

What if I kept an airlock on the bottle for a while to be sure it's finished and won't blow up? I'm just curious, I probably will end up buying one anyway.

    Newbie questions.

Hello! This is my first post here, and I've never done any brewing before so please bear with me. I've started my first jug of cider with apple juice, bread yeast and sugar, but I made a mistake when following the recipes I had. All of the recipes simply said to add the yeast in, but I did...
