Trying to test SSRV and potentiometer for volatage at element while underload. Multimeter reads 240v at the element, but that reading never changes when to pot is adjusted. Is this normal? Thought i'd get the volts to incease or decrease?

I took an old heatsink off some old stereo equipment the metal fins measure 7"x4"x2" with a copper plate on top. Its good for one 25amp SSR. My question is can i mount 2 SSR's to the same heatsink? Or cut it in half for 2? Or just leave it alone?

I currently have 10 gallons in a 15.5 gal sanke. It is currently sealed cause I forgot to put the modified tap on. How do I correct this? It was already been fermenting 2 weeks. Went to rack and realized the problem.

Just built and 15.5 gal sanke keg mash tun. It was weldless fittings and 10" false bottom. My mash tun seems to have alot dead space (left over wort). How much volume should be left after draining mash tun?
