Check the SG on the batch in the primary. Sitting at 1.020. It's almost done. Definitely still going though. I could see the bubbles when I opened the bucket. Shooting for 1.015-1.018.

I went to get a beer tonight and there was a layer of beer on the floor of my chest freezer. One of my picnic taps was slowly leaking. Once I cleaned it up I found the top of the tap was loose and it wasn't sealing correctly. I can't wait until I can get my collar built and put regular taps in. :-\

What would be the best way to convert this to an extract brew?

Brewed Brewer's Best Holiday Ale. I nailed the SG at 1.070. I felt pretty good since it was only my second batch working with grains. Before that was pre hopped extract kits.

Brewday got postponed until Sunday. Brewing the Brewer's Best Holiday Ale.

I just picked up the GE a couple of weeks ago. It should be plenty big enough if you put the CO2 on the hump. I put my CO2 on the hump and had to turn the gauges a little to get the lid to close until I can get my collar built.
