    hops go bad

    I've had hops in my fridge for almost a year. Always been cold and in air tight bags vacuumed sealed from the farm. For they go bad or lose their punk? Should I use them

    Foam

    Tapped a keg two weeks ago for tasting and everything worked fine. Took it off tap for another keg and now once I re tapped it I get nothing but foam. Where should I start?

    Marris otter in beeralchemy...

    Carboy vs. Bucket

    I just wondering the pros and cons between fermenting in a Carboy or a bucket? I could really find anything about which is better. I have been using car boys but was thinking about going to bucket for dry hopping. Any ideas or suggestions will help Thanks
