    Number of regulators I need

    I am going to set up my keg system to handle beer and soda. If I want to force carbonate, and pour both soda and beer how many pressure or regulators will I need?

    Water softener water

    unmalted grain, how much can you use

    Whats the highest percentage of unmalted grain you would try to use in a mash? Went shopping with my wife the other day and notice the store has a huge section of cereal grains, cracked wheat, oats, etc. Anyone use these as part of the unmalted grain.
