A lot of my friends drink miller lite but still appreciate a good "quality" beer, but miller lite is their got to beer for parties and gatherings for the simple reason you can buy a 30 pack for the same price as a 12 pack of good beer, and drink all night and not have to bum beers off friends...

20 mins at 122 30 mins at 150 30 mins at 160 10 mins at 170 Malt was delicious after extraction, then added 1 lb of honey for 45 mins of boil

This is kind of a rookie question, but I just cooked up my 3rd batch and I was wondering if I should put a lid on my pot when cooking my wort? I haven't on the 3 I've cooked so far, and the first one turned out amazing but I noticed this last batch went down significantly as it was boiling...

About to start scottish caramel ale

Bottling my IPA Friday, cooking up a Scottish caramel ale hopefully that night (might skip the bottling and just brew the ale first)

So I just drank a whole lot of good beer and got more than enough bottles in 2 weeks, ha ha actually I have enough bottles for my next batch too
