Bread!! I need some work in shaping them and making them look good, but here they are! I'll let you all know how they taste! :D

OK! Here's what I ended up doing... 3 3/4 C Bread flour 1/2 C Dried, ground spent grain (ran it through my coffee grinder after ample time in the oven) 1 Yeast Packet 1/4 tsp Salt 1 1/2 C Warm water (But my dough was dry, I think I was closer to 2C) A sprinkle of sugar just for kicks Mixed all...

Yeah... Learned that one the hard way. Three days on the counter... No good! Last batch was in the oven a few hours last night drying and I'll finish them tonight!

Third year baby! No more of those long library hours (until each shelf and then Step 2 come around!). So we have some spare time to do things normal people do! Hooray!
