    still good?

    Sorry should have specified. By good I meant is it still worth drinking. It was kept in boxes in a cool corner in my parents house which stayed around 65 degrees this winter. Guess the only real way to tell is pop the top and try it. Thanks for the responses guys

    So I have some blue moon clones that have been sitting in bottles since October. Wondering if they would still be good? Had to leave on short notice and my home brew hobby was put on hold. Trying to get back into it. Thanks for any responses.

    Yeah tried another today. Tastes nothing like cherry. Still good beer tho. Used 5lbs of cherries.

    So today i had a boilover which kinda made the rest of my brew day a little off. But i added water to the fermentor after i added the wort. (NB disk said add water first) Forgot to stir the fermentor before adding yeast. Do these things matter or am I just over thinking it? The brew...

    Partial Mash Question

    Cool. Im not sure what original temp was at. Because I didnt think to use both therms until later (Still not sure why I did it anyways) But can only wait and hope it tastes good!

    So I am wondering how important are the mash temps? I have 2 different thermometers and one is giving me a 150-155 reading. and i tried the other and it gave me a Much higher reading. Around 165-170. If it is infact closer to 165 will this mess things up?

    So umm. Added cherries mashed up to secondary and Mis calced like crazy. first off siphoned to much and some came out the top. Thankfully I have blowoff on standby because it went crazy. I had beer sitting 8 inches up the blowoff tube for like a day or two. Kinda worried about how it is...

    I need a blowoff tube for my blowoff tube.

    my beer was coming up the blowoff when i got home today. I caught it able 1/3 of the way up. Guess I had siphoned a fair amount. Didnt acc for adding fruit to the secondary. lol
