If it helps, the evaporator is a closed system on this AC. air comes in through the bottom front, and out through the top front. that is the only part in the insulated cabinet.     @ boochuckles - My apologies for not replying sooner, I didn't see this... It is 35" high, 25" deep, and 6' wide... Insulation on the top and bottom is 3" thick. The rest is all 2". The countertop is just a 6' stock piece from HD. I ended up lining the inside with fiberglass panel from HD...

    Here's my mostly finished chamber... Inside has 2" of foam. Still need to make better sealing doors. 6000BTU AC is usually set to 64 degrees, but it can easily cool to fridge temps in my Florida garage.
