I added heavy cream to my wort!

Wow, I just don't really know what to say about any of this, but I sure enjoyed reading the thread and giggling the whole way through!

    Dry hopping with tea

I recently made a wit with grey grey tea, I just thew 10 tea bags into the bottling bucket and let them infuse for 10 minutes. From what I've read you don't want to let them soak for too long or you will get too many tannins.

    Bergamot Beer

I tea smoked a duck a couple of months ago I didn't get it as smokey as I'd like. I doubt that the unique character of the earl grey would carry through in smoke form.

    Bergamot Beer

So my earl grey wit is in the bottles now. I got better efficiency than planed and boiled of more than planned so it ended up having an OG 0f 1.067 so it's more of an imperial wit, It finished at 1.009. I used wyeast 3944 Belgian wit yeast. For the earl grey I decided to just throw 10 teabags...

Attempting 40%+ ABV beer... "Barley Brandy"

The dry ice will be good, at the lab I used to work in we'd keep it in coolers for a week at a time, just make sure you have plenty of it. And get the heat transfer fluid as cold as you can first. And if you use acetone check it won't dissolve your cooler, it will dissolve some plastics.

    Bergamot Beer

I'm making a wit at the moment that I plan on spiking with some earl grey at bottleing. We tried a couple of variations of tea mixed with a commercial wit to see what we like best and our favorite was a tea made with a cold steep for about 10 minutes so I'm going to try something like that. Not...

    Dry Ice to Carbonate Beer?

How about using dry ice when botteling to purge the bottles and cap on foam? A VERY small piece in the bottle, then fill, wait for bubbling to die down and cap. Provided you were careful that all the solid was gone before capping no reason why it should be dangerous?
