    How high is too high for final gravity?

    Always save your primary yeast cake until the lager is complete in case of a stuck fermentation. I just finished a Bohemian Pils with a similar problem... OG = 1.071 Fermentation got stuck around 1.028 in the secondary fermenter. The taste was definitely too sweet for even a Bohemian...
