    Belgian-style witbier fermentation

    Any opinions on fermention of a Belgian wit? I looked through WLP400 threads,, but never reach a consensus... First time brewing a wit, currently fermenting with WLP400. It's been at 68F for 7 days, checked a gravity = 1.011 (target = 1.012). Still very hazy with a thick 2-3 inch krausen on...
