    Mango addition

Greetings all, I am going to brew a mango wheat beer. I was thinking of using frozen chunks of mango. I am looking for a beer with quite a pronounced mango flavor. Something like blue moon mango wheat. How many pounds of mango do you suggest I should add? TIA.

New England IPA Blasphemy - No Boil NEIPA

I just wanted to thank you for this recipe. My third batch is currently fermenting. The only thing I do differently is to mash a pound of flaked oats and 2 row, and add it to the bucket. I think it adds a little mouthfeel, but I may be imagining it. Thanks again. Great recipe.

I loved it as well. It takes a lot longer to keep entering in recipe ingredients for every order.

    yeast production ?

I have a question about yeast. It may have an obvious answer, but here it goes. I have been reading that washed yeast will only last a certain amount of generations before you loose the profile/umph of that particular strain. How do breweries create and maintain their special yeasts without...

    final gravity ?

I have hefeweizen that had an OG 1.052. Used WLP300 for the yeast. After 3 weeks it is at 1.016 for 3 consecutive days. The program I used says it should get to 1.013. Am I at least on the green with 1.016. Will anything be gained by trying to get down lower or should I pull the trigger...

    steep Munich ??

Well I held the Munich in 1.5 quarts of 150 degree water for an hour, and then sparged? it with a quart of 170 degree water. I think it converted. It smelled sugary sweet. Pretty cool to actually see the reaction. Thanks for the tips.
