I am smoking a boudain stuffed pork loin wrapped with apple wood smoked bacon. I smoked a brisket a few weeks ago and it was damn good. Hickory wood is my preference.mmmmmmmm

Saturday was a great day where I broke in my new brewing system. We ended up with 35 gallons and I owe a special thanks to Steve, John, Dave and Chris for all thier help.

Well today was my first day to try out my new brewing system. I have plenty of lessons learned that will help next time. I think it will be a while since we ended up with 33 gallons. Great Day with friend!
