Well today was my first day to try out my new brewing system. I have plenty of lessons learned that will help next time. I think it will be a while since we ended up with 33 gallons. Great Day with friend!

Looks like a great day indeed! Well done. That is the great thing about brewing. Even when you're learning you're making beer!

Because we didn't have six.:rockin:

I believe at the time of that picture we (I'm the guy with the red shirt) had the left two kegs mashing an IPA and the left two boiling a stout. We learned the hard way that we really need at least one more keg to use as an HLT. With only four, we had to keep cleaning one of them out so we could convert it from MLT to BK or HLT as the situation needed.

Valle can give the rest of the details for the build, I'm just happy I could help him break it in. It was a hot, tiring and great day.
