Well as a fellow Montanan and homebrewer, I can say that there is quite the brewing community here. I am in Billings and we are opening our 6th brewery in a town around 100,000 people. Yes, we ARE crazy. And if you get near my beer, you better watch out!

Out here we have licorice icecream, byfar the BEST flavor EVER!!! Licorice is an aquired taste. Not for everyone, that just means more for me.

Looks like a good drink, my only thought is for something like this can you cold crash it, then add priming sugar with the intention of bottling it? Or am I just asking to get bottle bombs?
