First try at a clone - Ruination

Dry hopped today with the 2 ounces of Centennial, drew a sample to check gravity, came in at 1010 ( was a little low with original gravity) have to say I was impressed with the flat sample. Pretty clear for an extract version, golden color, clear and had a very nice hop presence. Can't wait to...

Been away for awhile, however my SWMBO and her friends really enjoy this beer! Very good recipe, can't wait for it to warm up once and for all to enjoy after work on the deck or before and after the yard work. Very drinkable with a nice flavor / hop presence not to mention the golden straw like...

Ideas for Widmer Brrr Clone (LME)

I to love Widmer Brr and am in search of a good extract clone. I had the pleasure of meeting one of their brewers last week and spoke to him about lending a hand in my attempt to emulate Brr along with looking at a Drifter clone, said to just shoot him a email and he would help . Have since sent...

    Best Friend Holiday Ale

Sampled one last night and gotta say it's carbing up nicely. Poured a dark tan color and had a very pronounced maltly upfront taste with hints of caramel and tofee. Definite hop presence in both aroma and taste the tripl C hops come through nicely and finish great. Gotta say this a a really good...

    Red ale IPA recipe help

Although this was a very sticky tasting beer like the original and the hop presence was extremely good. I will be...
