    how do i carbonate the beer when i keg it

    i heard about forced carbonation but have no idea what it is or how to do it. or do i just carbonate it like you do when bottling or do you do both?

    weissbier HELP

    The next beer I want to make is a Weissbier. I have been doing some research on them and I keep reading something about adding fresh beer into the beer that is ready to be bottled can anyone explain this to me?

    Its only been 5 days and im at the final gravity.

    I am brewing a Blonde ale it has been sitting for 5 days and I wasn't sure if it was fermenting because i didnt see any bubbles. I read on here to take a gravity reading and its at 1.012 which is the final gravity I got from beertools. My original gravity was supposed to be 1.049 but it was...
