    Fermentation Question

    The OG was ~ 1.10. As an update, yesterday I disolved 1/2 tsp of yeast nutrient in warm water and pitched it into the carboy. Assuming this results in no fermentation activity would it be advisable for me to add more yeast? -Rich

    It is quite tasty, though it did have a mouthfeel that was a little light. All the flavours were present but muted; will two seeks in the secondary do anything to turn up the volume on the tame flavours?
