    Single Hop Apollo IIPA

I just bought 9 ounces of Apollo Hops (they listed them at 18 - 21% AA) from Northern Brewer. I thought I'd might as well try to get a little bold and go for a decent strength single hopped double IPA. Here's the recipe: 5 gallon OG: ~1.077 IBU: some high number 6 lb Northern Brewer...

Old Can of Muntons Old Ale LME

Ok so I have a can of this stuff that I forgot about and it has been sitting around for probably at least 6 months. I'd hate to see it go to waste, but is it even worth it to use? Would I only end up with some stale-tasting beer?

Quick question about priming for bottling.

Just picked up a can of Munton's Old Ale extract and the instructions on the back say not to use any priming sugar; however, I am also adding a can of amber extract as well. Should I use any sugar for bottling? Thanks, friends.
