    Normal starter?

    I am using some recycled yeast and have kind of a brown spot in the middle which I haven't seem before. Is this normal? Trying to decide if I should use it or not.

    Finally found a decent way to display the menu

    Bad chalkboard writing disclaimer*** Went to ikea and found a cheap frame. Coated the included chipboard backing with chalkboard paint and that was it. Just thought I would post as it took a while figuring out how to easily do this and have it look ok.

    Cleaned with too much bleach, bottles ruined?

    Immediately remove dirty blow off tube?
