    Thanks to everyone getting back to me. Here are answers to questions: It is Coopers Cerveza. At first I was following the directions that came with it, then at bottling time I realized there are better directions here at this forum. The Coopers directions didnt say anything about gravity...

    So, Im on my first batch of beer. Its a Coopers kit. Anyway, I have moved on from the fermenter and have bottled the beer. I realize the beer isnt done yet, but I sampled some, and it doesnt taste anything like beer! Should it at that point? :confused:

    If there are still bubbles coming up in my airlock, does that mean it is definitely still fermenting? Ill take hygrometer readings but I was just curious about that.

    Thanks for that! I am hoping that I can at least fit a half keg in the mini fridge. Does the C02 tank have to be in the fridge as well? Its one of those brown mini fridges that many people seem to have. I cant think of the brand off the top of my head and Im not at home.
