    cold crashing for too long?

    I put my beer in a very cold refrigerator and its been in there several days its probably close to freezing. Will this kill my yeast and make me unable to bottle condition?

    first ag batch

    Just brewed my first AG batch last night of watermelon wheat and its bubbling away right now. Everything went smooth besides the fact that my mash temp. Was a little low. After I put the grains in and stirred good it was 145*. So I added hot water and got it to about 150*. I guess it should...

    just tried first brew...

    Alright I brewed a wit beer and it has kind of an off flavor. I can't really taste the Orange in it. I know you are supposed to ferment this one at room temp, but I'm wondering if it was too hot. It was probably mid to low 70's the whole time ambient temp so the beer temp. Was obviously hotter.

    how to prevent dregs

    How do I prevent dregs or w/e its called from forming on the bottom of my bottles, I just bottled yesterday and I see it already forming. And what is it just yeast?

    Ok, so I did an extract batch of a wit beer and its in the primary now. It's been in there for 8 days. Fermentation has stopped, I confirmed this by two of the same gravity readings.
