    hop rhizomes storage?

    I will be getting a shipment of hop rhizomes this monday 4/8/13, but I will be out of town till Thursday 4/11/13! I have never planted hop rhizomes, what is the best way to store the rhizomes before planting?

    Temp for secondary dry hopping

    Making a Blonde Ale with White Labs 001 ferm at 67 degrees for 7 days, now i am dry hopping in secondary carboy for around 7 more days. does it matter what temp i dry hop at or should i process with the same ferm temp? :mug:

    WLP833 German Bock (Mai-bock)

    Just brewed a mai-bock all grain and used wlp833 x 2 vials, cooled wort down to around 80 degrees and chilled in chest freezer for around 4 hours at 40 degrees.
