    First AG batch!

    I want to do an imperial stout next, and his is what I am thinking for a recipe: 15 lbs 2 row pale 2 lbs flaked barley 1 lb roasted barley 1 lb crystal .5 lbs chocolate .25 lbs black patent And for hops I was thinking East Kent Goldings. Haven't worked out the schedule yet. Suggestions?

    First AG batch!

    I got a turkey fryer for my birthday (propane boils water SOOOOOO much faster than an electric stove), and brewed up my first AG batch yesterday. Kolsch style to keep it simple, got the recipe from another post on here. 7lbs 2 row 2.5 lbs german wheat 1 oz perle @ 60 .5 oz tettnanger @15...

    Anyone BIAB?

    My lhbs had a bag that has a round bottom that fits into a 30 qt turkey fryer perfect! Just did my first AG batch. Just as easy as extract, just more time consuming with the mashing.
