    Fresh pineapple cut w/ no skin. Smells great! Very sweet and a newer zingy smell- I'm assuming alcohol. The lid is glass w/ a rubber collar around it. It was very slightly letting air out through bubbled honey and LME. Started doing that in just the last couple days. I hope I caught it...

    Taming the bitter from too much wormwood

    Last week I did a saison style ale but used 1oz wormwood for bittering instead of hops (I did use a couple ozs hops for flav & aroma). Just transferred it over to secondary and it's undrinkably bitter!! I know it should soften with age, but I was thinking about dumping 2 or 3 lbs of honey into...
