So I brewed a Belgian tripel exactly 12 days ago and my OG was 1.100. I added a combo slap pack of Belgian strong ale and dry champagne yeast and so far it's still bubbling......I'm assuming its not going to jack up the taste of my beer for being in primary for so long right?

All I use are carb drops when I bottle. I do 5 gallon batches and bottle usually a six pack for aging. When I do bottle the drips work every time.

So I live here in Juneau and picked about a pound or so from Eagle Beach the other weekend. I vacuum sealed them in 2, 5 oz bags so I'll have plenty this winter if anyone else is looking for some. I'm planning on making an Irish Red Ale this weekend so I'm looking at min 50 dropping about 5 oz...

Thanks everyone. I only have a few 22 ounce bottles since I just keg. I just finished a beer competition and an overall average forum beers was a little flat. However I did really well in the other categories. I will just save a gallon to bottle and try the drops, is it 30 days to let them...

So I force carb all of my beers and seems to come out great, however when I bottle them from the keg and drink after a week or so after it seems flat in the bottles? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -Rob-
