I do care about the falvour for sure. I like the beer just not enough "kick". It comes in a can. Looks like molasses. You add sugar and water then the yeast. I don't recall there being any target numbers on the label though.

What is DME and how much more sugar. Kit called for 1KG to get what I have now.

Actually looking closer I just got it. Was originally reading 1.04 and now read 1.011. My primary was a bucket with a lid slightly cracked to allow pressure out. So it's time to transfer to the secondary?
