    Thanks for build sheet Jason. Quick question Jason, I am not seeing the "TPPT100TC153 Pt100 RTD Temperature Sensor in 1.5" Flange 3" on the Brewers Hardware website. Anyone know which sensor I should get from Brewers Hardware? I will be using the same Ebay controller as Jason. Thank in advance!

    For you Hard Cider and Mead makers in Western Washington, where do you source your honey and fresh cider? My wife loves hard cider so I have to have cider in the pipeline at all times and I just started my first 5 gallon batch of mead. Thanks. :mug:

    Burnt pumpkin!

    I was thinking about doing the same. I will be smoking the pumpkin on my Traeger wood pellet grill for a few hours then refrigerate the pumpkin over night. Smokiness seems to always gets a little stronger after being refrigerated over night.

    Blow Off Container too Small

    The beer is a mini mash recipe of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, so a pretty high OG (can't remember the number off the top of my head). Pitched two packets of Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale. Fermenting at 66 degrees.
