    Mold?

    Does beer mold. The reason I ask is my Pale Ale is in the secondary for almost 2 weeks and I see small circles of something on the top. I don't know if it's foam or mold. Is this possible to form in an air tight secondary? Thanks for you input.

    No fermentation in secondary

    I racked my beer to the secondary yesterday and there is no fermentation taking place. I would say the air stop bubbles once every 5 minutes. Is this a bad thing or should I just assume its fine and wait 2 weeks to bottle. It fermented strong for the first 3-4 days.
